And the answer always remains the same: The disarray of the local communities astounded me; so I thought I would create a place for everyone...for all kin and those whose beliefs were outside of the sociatal norm. A place where everyone could gather, meet-up, discuss, learn, and simply be themselves. We need to be united and stop fighting amongst ourselves...let individuals be themselves, Not make it a competition!

There were, and still are, too many individuals who feel they have no where to turn. They feel misunderstood, lacking guidance or misguided...alone. Haven hopes to offer a place for all of them.

Now, I am no expert on any of this... I am simply following a vision, or what many of us like to call a higher calling. I have been a part of the communities either on or offline for nearly 20 years now...and I've seen the rise and fall of many. We are here to stay.

Now who exactly am I? Well, I can give you a bit of insight... I am vampire, I am elf, I am many things. I have been a practicing Pagan for over 20 years and follow a very ecclectic path. I revel in chaos...I enjoy the dark...but I do find balance between the light and dark. I am somewhere in the middle, in the Grey. I do not see Good and Evil so much, White and Black respectively, I see intention. You can do great harm with White magick with poor intention, just as you can do great things with Black magick with good intention. So, you see, it is all about intention. With Haven, we have nothing but good intentions.
